At Mixologiq, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable cocktail machines that help businesses streamline their service. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 2-year commercial warranty on all Mixologiq machines purchased through our authorized distributors. Here’s everything you need to know about how our warranty works and what it covers.
1. Warranty Coverage
Spare Parts Availability
To minimize downtime, Mixologiq stocks spare parts in both our France and China offices, ensuring quick access to necessary replacements.
What’s Covered?
✅ Material Defects & Component Failures – If any part of your Mixologiq machine has a defect or sustains material damage under normal use, we’ll provide a replacement.
✅ Hardware & Software Support – We offer remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure your machine operates at its best.
✅ Replacement Parts – If a covered issue arises, your distributor will handle repairs or replacements, and we’ll ship the required parts free of charge.
✅ Shipping Costs for Replacement Parts – Mixologiq covers the shipping costs for all warranty-approved parts to and from your distributor.
What’s Not Covered?
❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage, minor dents, or discoloration)
❌ Damage from misuse (e.g., improper maintenance, exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or unauthorized modifications)
❌ Interventions on-site – Our warranty does not cover labor for on-site repairs or maintenance services at your location.
❌ Unauthorized Reseller Purchases – The warranty only applies to Mixologiq machines purchased from official distributors.
2. Warranty Duration & Start Date
Our commercial warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date the product is first put into service. This means that:
- The warranty period begins when the machine is installed and activated by the first buyer (not the date of purchase).
- If the machine is resold or transferred to a new owner, the warranty does not reset or extend beyond the original 2-year period.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience any issues with your Mixologiq machine, follow these simple steps to submit a warranty claim:
1️⃣ Contact your authorized distributor – Provide them with the machine’s serial number and a description of the issue.
2️⃣ Ensure your machine is connected to the internet – This allows our support team to perform a remote diagnosis to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
3️⃣ Distributor assessment – If the claim falls within warranty coverage, your distributor will arrange for repairs or replacement parts.
4️⃣ Replacement Process – If needed, defective parts will be returned to Mixologiq for inspection, and replacement parts will be shipped to your distributor at no cost to you.
🔹 Important: If the machine cannot be diagnosed remotely or is not connected to the internet, the warranty claim may be denied.
4. Support & Assistance
We understand that keeping your business running smoothly is essential. That’s why we provide dedicated support to help you troubleshoot issues quickly.
📩 Remote Technical Support via Email & WhatsApp – Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (CET). We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
💡 Expert Assistance – Our team can help with diagnosing hardware failures, software configurations, and general product use.
❌ Limitations – Support does not cover repairs due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interventions.
5. Servicing Contracts & Additional Maintenance
Our commercial warranty covers defects and material failures, but it does not include routine maintenance or servicing beyond part replacements. For ongoing maintenance, clients can purchase a separate servicing contract through their authorized distributor. These contracts cover preventive maintenance, cleaning, and extended technical support to ensure the long-term performance of your Mixologiq machine.
6. Additional Terms & Conditions
🔹 For full warranty documentation, authorized distributors can access the dedicated portal.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs – Once the 2-year warranty expires, maintenance costs become the responsibility of the distributor and end-user.
- Warranty Exclusions – If the product has been modified, the serial number is illegible, or unauthorized repairs have been made, the warranty will be void.
- Legal Compliance & Data Protection – Mixologiq complies with GDPR regulations regarding customer data when handling warranty claims.
- Governing Law – The Mixologiq warranty is governed by French law, and disputes will be resolved through the Commercial Court of Paris.
