Quick Troubleshooting
Your Machine won’t start ?
f the machine does not power on, check the following basics first:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
- Verify that the main switch is turned on.
- Confirm the machine is plugged into a suitable power outlet (110V or 220V depending on your region).
Your cocktail not dispensing correctly ?
When drinks are not pouring as expected, take these steps to identify the cause:
- Verify that bottles are properly installed in their slots.
- Run calibration to confirm accurate pours.
- Check that the pump tube is correctly positioned.
Your refrigeration is not cooling ?
The refrigeration system is designed to keep ingredients cold once they are already pre-chilled. It does not lower warm liquids to serving temperature. To maintain optimal cooling:
- Always load bottles with pre-chilled ingredients.
- Make sure the machine has sufficient ventilation space and that the ingredient compartment door is fully closed.
- If the refrigerated section still fails to hold temperature, contact our support team.
Do you have an error message on your screen ?
If an error message appears on the display:
- Restart the machine and try again.
- If the message reappears, note the error code and contact support for assistance.
Do I need to clean the machine regularly?
Regular cleaning prevents most common issues. To keep performance consistent:
- Follow the semi-automatic cleaning procedure at least once per service day.
- Always drain water properly using the outlet before shutting down the machine.
Preventive Maintenance
To reduce the risk of downtime and ensure long-term reliability:
- Clean and sanitize pumps regularly to avoid blockages.
- Keep calibration up to date for consistent cocktails.
- Schedule a twice-yearly maintenance check with your distributor or service partner.
