Quick Troubleshooting

Your Machine won’t start ?

if the machine does not power on, check the following basics first:

  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
  • Verify that the main switch is turned on.
  • Confirm the machine is plugged into a suitable power outlet (110V or 220V depending on your region).

When drinks are not pouring as expected, take these steps to identify the cause:

  • Verify that bottles are properly installed in their slots.
  • Run calibration to confirm accurate pours.
  • Check that the pump tube is correctly positioned.

The refrigeration system is designed to keep ingredients cold once they are already pre-chilled. It does not lower warm liquids to serving temperature. To maintain optimal cooling:

  • Always load bottles with pre-chilled ingredients.
  • Make sure the machine has sufficient ventilation space and that the ingredient compartment door is fully closed.
  • If the refrigerated section still fails to hold temperature, contact our support team.

If an error message appears on the display:

  • Restart the machine and try again.
  • If the message reappears, note the error code and contact support for assistance.

Regular cleaning prevents most common issues. To keep performance consistent:

  • Follow the semi-automatic cleaning procedure at least once per service day.
  • Always drain water properly using the outlet before shutting down the machine.
