Servicing

To keep your Mixologiq machine performing at its best, we recommend scheduling two service visits per year.

Minor Service — Every 6 Months
A routine mid-year service to maintain hygiene and performance:

- Replace all pump inner tubes
- Full system clean
- Full equipment check-up

Major Service — Every 12 Months
A comprehensive annual service covering all wear components:

- Replace all pump inner tubes
- Full system clean
- Full equipment check-up
- Replace all tubes
- Replace empty bottle sensors
- Replace dispensing head
- Replace fridge tubes

Maintenance

Maintenance is carried out on an as-needed basis and will vary depending on your usage and environment. Contact your preferred Mixologiq service partner to discuss your requirements or arrange a visit.

Technical Support

We offer direct technical support for all Mixologiq machines, including remote diagnostics. When contacting us, please provide your machine ID (4-digit number, back label) and ensure the machine is online via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
