Machine Set Up (done only once)
Ensure the machine is plugged in and powered on. Check that the touchscreen responds and displays cocktail recipes. Verify the fridge temperature is under 5°C (41°F). Place all bottles in their correct slots — tap the bottle icon on the touchscreen to see the configuration — and ensure all bottle covers are properly inserted and securely connected.
Pouring a Cocktail
Once the machine is ready, tap Cocktails on the touchscreen. Browse by category or tap Search to find a specific cocktail. Tap a cocktail to view its recipe and follow the preparation instructions on screen. Place a glass or shaker underneath the dispensing head, then tap Go and wait for the cocktail to be poured. Follow the serving instructions displayed on screen.
Replacing a Bottle
For refrigerated bottles, open the fridge, unscrew the cap of the empty bottle, and place the new bottle in the same slot. Find the tube number matching that slot, insert the hard tube into the bottle ensuring the tip reaches the bottom, and close the bottle securely with the corresponding numbered bottle cover.For ambient temperature bottles on top, unscrew the old bottle cap, place a mobile cap on the new bottle, turn it upside down, and insert it into the fixed cap on top of the machine.
Calibration
Calibration is required whenever you change the brand or ingredient type in a slot. To calibrate, tap the menu icon, go to Settings, then Calibration. Select the bottles to calibrate by tapping each one, tap Go, and follow the on-screen instructions using the calibration glass supplied with the machine. Calibration is not needed when replacing a bottle with the same ingredient.
End of Day Cleaning
Bottles in the fridge must be cleaned daily. Bottles on top must be cleaned weekly. At the end of each day, run the cleaning cycle for juice bottles that are in the fridge. Remove the bottle covers and hard tubes, take the bottles out, pour lukewarm water into the transparent cleaning container, then pour it into the black tube cleaning container. Place the cleaning container under the dispensing head and tap Clean. Once complete, empty the cleaning container, return the bottles to their positions, reinsert the correct tubes, place the cleaning container back under the dispensing head, and tap Fill the Tubes. For ambient bottles on top, remove all bottles, place the two top cleaning containers into the bottle slots (one for the left six, one for the right six), divide lukewarm water between them, and follow the same clean and fill-the-tubes steps. Also empty and rinse the drip tray, wipe down all surfaces, and turn off the machine — but leave the fridge running overnight.
